Studio

The studio apartment is intended for 2+1 persons. With a surface area of 25 square meters, the studio includes a double bed, a studio couch seating three and a kitchen, all in a single unit. The apartment has a 10 square meter balcony with a view of the sea and the terrace of the beach bar Nela.

The kitchen area is equipped with a cooking surface with two electric burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (refrigerator capacity is 186 l and freezer capacity is 44 l) and tableware.

The apartment also has air conditioning, central heating, a telephone, an alarm clock and satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

A patio table with chairs will be ready for meals on your balcony during the summer.

We offer a change of sheets and towels twice a week. You may also request room cleaning on demand.

Tourist tax is excluded from the price and is charged 8,00 HRK per adult per night.
Children between 12 and 18 years old are charged with 50% of the amount, and children under 12 years are free of charge.

VAT (13%) is included in the price.
For more than 7 days it is -10% discount, more than 14 days -15% discount, more than 21 days -20% discount.
