Apartment is located on the ground floor, has a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a studio couch that can easily be converted into an additional bed. The apartment is intended for a maximum of four persons. The bedroom has a surface area of 13 sq m, whereas the living room with a dining area and a kitchen stretches over a surface area of no less than 42 sq m.

The spectacular terrace with a view of the sea has a surface area of as many as 30 sq m.

The kitchen area (15 sq m) is equipped with a cooking surface and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (freezer capacity is 50 l) and tableware.

The dining area and the terrace each have a table with four chairs.

The apartment is furnished with a satellite TV set, an internet connection, central heating and air conditioning units in each room.

The bathroom, separated from the toilet, has a hair dryer.

We offer a change of sheets and towels once a week. You may also request room cleaning on demand.
