Apartment is located on the first floor, has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a studio couch that can easily be converted into an additional bed. The apartment is intended for a maximum of four persons. The bedroom has a surface area of 12 sq m, whereas the living room with a dining area and a kitchen stretches over a surface area of 22 sq m.

The kitchen area, separated from the living room by a door, is furnished with a smaller refrigerator (88 l) with a freezer compartment (5 l), two electric burners and tableware.

Both the living room and the 10 sq m terrace have a table with four chairs.

The apartment is furnished with a satellite TV set, an internet connection, a telephone, central heating and an air conditioning unit in each room.

The apartment has a partial view of the sea and the greenery surrounding the house.
