One-room apartment

The one-room apartment is intended for 2+1 persons. It includes a living room/kitchen with studio couch seating three as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The living room/kitchen has an area of 15 square meters, while the bedroom has an area of 16 square meters. The balcony (10 square meters) has a view of the sea and the terrace and pine trees around Beach Bar Nela.

The apartment is also furnished with an air conditioning unit in each room, central heating, a telephone and an alarm clock. A big screen satellite TV is situated in the living room, with a smaller TV in the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

A patio table with chairs will be ready for meals on your balcony during the summer.

We offer a change of sheets and towels twice a week. You may also request room cleaning on demand.

Tourist tax is excluded from the price and is charged 8,00 HRK per adult per night.
Children between 12 and 18 years old are charged with 50% of the amount, and children under 12 years are free of charge.

VAT (13%) is included in the price.
For more than 7 days it is -10% discount, more than 14 days -15% discount, more than 21 days -20% discount.
