Apartment is located on the ground floor and has a surface area of 24 sq m. It is intended for a maximum of two persons. A double bed, a dining area and a kitchen are all located in a single room furnished with an air conditioning unit and central heating.

The kitchen area has a cooking surface with two electric burners, a small refrigerator (88 litre capacity) with a freezer (5 litre capacity), and tableware. The dining area has a table with two chairs.

The apartment looks out from its balcony onto the greenery surrounding the house and a partial view of the sea. It is furnished with satellite TV, Internet connection, a telephone, air conditioning, and central heating in winter.

We offer a change of sheets and towels once a week. You may also request room cleaning on demand.
